SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We collect your personal information in order to administrate your order, i.e. to help you with the buying and selling and to answer your questions or complaints.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
For the purpose of compliance with the data protection legislation, the data/information controller is Nordic Fashion-Tex Oy.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may transfer personal data/information to a company within the same group of companies, as well as professional advisors in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Furthermore, we may transfer personal information to employees, agents, business partners, vendors and/or suppliers in order to deliver a service to us or on our behalf in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We will transfer personal information in order to comply with legal requirements, including when necessary to investigate a crime.
Transfer of personal information is conducted in compliance with legal requirements, including that transfers are guarded by data processor agreements, to ensure that personal information is not processed for other purposes than clearly stated and to ensure adequate security measures.

SECTION 4 - MYCASHFLOW

Our store is hosted on Mycashflow. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Mycashflow’s data storage, databases and the general Mycashflow application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Mycashflow stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We have concluded a data processor agreement with Mycashflow and other third parties to whom we with disclose your personal information. Such agreements ensure that personal information is not processed for any other purposes than clearly stated and to ensure adequate security measures. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Terms and Conditions for orders placed online at https://en.fashionforyou.store. Terms and conditions apply from 1.12.2017 onwards.

Online store

Fashion for You sells products only to private citizens over the age of 18 who are not placed under a guardianship. All prices include VAT but not delivery charges. We reserve the right to amend terms, prices, and delivery costs without a prior notice.

Ordering

You place an order to Fashion for You online store by placing items to shopping cart and purchasing the content of the cart by online payment. All customer data is confidential and will be handled with care. Your personal information provided to us when placing an order will be used exclusively for delivering the order and solving possible problems related to it unless otherwise stated. When placing an order, you are obligated to familiarize yourself with delivery terms and other terms and conditions and accept them.

Payment

We accept following payment methods:

Debit and credit card payment, direct bank transfer, MobilePay payment, invoice, and part payment are all operated via Paytrail service. By paying via Paypal or Paytrail you agree to terms and conditions of Paypal or Paytrail.

Order and payment confirmation

After submitting your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing order confirmation. You must always check the content of your order confirmation. In case of any confusion or inaccuracy you must always contact our customer service. You should not get rid of the order confirmation in case there’s a need to contact the customer service. When contacting customer services, you should always have their customer id and order number in hand. You must always make sure that the content of the package delivered matches with products listed in order confirmation.

Delivery and delivery costs

Delivery charges include shipping and packaging costs. In the shopping cart an estimated shipping cost is provided based on default shipping method. The precise shipping costs are visible after choosing the preferred payment and shipping methods. Available shipping methods depend on the contents and the total weight of one’s shopping cart. You can choose their preferred shipping method from the available options and after the choice the precise shipping costs will be shown.

All prices are given in Euros. For orders of 25,00€ and above there is no shipping cost when the shipping destination is located in Finland. If the shipping destination is in Europe, there is no shipping cost for orders of 75,00€ and above.

Delivery times

Delivery times to Finland depend on the order and shipping method. In case there’s no stock items in the shopping cart, you will be informed about the exception regarding the delivery times. If there’s any other exceptions regarding delivery times, you will be informed shortly after placing an order.

Fashion for You is not responsible for delays or harm caused by a delay, when the delay is due to a force majeure. We will inform if there’s any expected exceptions in deliver times.

Returns

If you have detected a defect in the product you shall inform us thereof within reasonable time.You are deemed to have used your right to cancel the purchase if you have mailed your purchase within fourteen (14) days after you have received the product. If the last day of the return falls on Saturday or a public holiday the notification may be send the first working day thereafter.If you cancel the purchase we shall return your payments after we have received your returned pieces. We don't return the cost of delivery of the returned pieces. We shall return your payment by same means of payment as you have used when you purchased the product, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Returns

You shall return the product within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your notification, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please handle your purchase carefully and keep the tags on their places before you make final decision to keep the items or return them. It must also be in the original packaging. The return is deemed to have been made in time if the product has been sent back within fourteen (14) days.The right to return the product shall not apply to product that 1) was prepared or altered according to you instructions and clearly for your personal needs; 2) can go bad or spoiled fast or become outdated or that, after its delivery, has been irrevocably been mixed with another product; 3) was sealed, the package was opened and because of hygienic or healthy reasons the product cannot be returned.To leave the package on post office without a reclaim is not looked as a return or cancellation. If you haven't reclaimed your package or noticed us about the cancellation, we will claim the cost of delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.We grant only partial refunds if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gitte@nordicfashion.fi.

Sale items


Sale items have same return policy as the items with a normal price.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gitte@nordicfashion.fi and send your item to Härkähaankuja 14, 01730 Vantaa.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Härkähaankuja 14, 01730 Vantaa.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over 75 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Unclaimed packade

Leaving the order unclaimed does not equal returning nor cancelling the order. If the delivery is left unclaimed without a returning notice, Fashion for You will not provide a return for shipping costs.

Faulty items & other problems

If the product ordered is lost or damaged during delivery or it does not match your order, it should be reported within 14 days in written form delivered to the address declared on Contact page or by telephone by calling us to the number declared in Contact page. If the package has clearly been damaged during transport, you must immediately report it and make a reclamation to the shipping company in question.
